Power pop quintet the Click Five formed in Boston in mid-2003. Lead guitarist Joe Guese, bassist Ethan Mentzer, and keyboardist Ben Romans were students at the Berklee School of Music when they captured the attention of svengali manager Wayne Sharp, a longtime jazz promoter whose first attempt at creating a pinup-ready pop combo, Candy (featuring future Guns N' Roses guitarist Gilby Clarke), ended in commercial disaster when the group's hotly tipped 1985 debut, Whatever Happened to Fun, flopped at retail. After signing Guese, Mentzer, and Romans, Sharp added another Berklee student, drummer Joey Zehr, who recommended childhood friend Eric Dill to fill the band's frontman slot. Upon receiving their Sharp-issued matching mod-influenced suits and salon-styled haircuts, the Click Five began honing their chops on the Boston nightclub circuit, and in the spring of 2004 cut their first two-song demo session. A four-song tape quickly followed, and within a month the group signed to Lava Records, soon after touring the U.S. in support of Ashlee Simpson and releasing an EP, Angel to You (Devil to Me). The Click Five's debut LP, Greetings from Imrie House, followed in the summer of 2005 amid a flurry of licensed lunchboxes, trading cards, and hair products. The album was also supported via tour dates in support of the Backstreet Boys. Early Days:

My Chemical Romance came into being in 2001 when vocalist Gerard Way and drummer Matt Pelissier (who would later be asked to leave in August 2004) decided to form a band. Way asked guitarist Ray Toro to join the pair. The lineup of My Chemical Romance became complete when Gerard Way's brother Mikey and Frank Iero joined. The new group began touring around the northeast U.S.

Trivia Fact About My Chemical Romance:

The song "Helena" is about the grandmother of Gerard and Mikey Way. According to Gerard she was an artist who taught him to sing, paint and perform. She bought My Chemical Romance their first van for touring. Her funeral was a formative event in the lives of Gerard and Mikey Way.

First Album:

My Chemical Romance signed with New York-based independent record label Eyeball Records for their first album. I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love was produced by Geoff Rickly, lead vocalist of the group Thursday, and released in 2002. The tone of the album was very dark and the group were frequently compared to Thursday.

'Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge':

In 2003 My Chemical Romance signed a major label contract with Warner Brothers subsidiary Reprise Records. They set to work on a second album. Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge appeared in June 2004. It was designed as a concept album about two lovers who die in a gunfight in the desert. Much of the album's music is relentlessly loud, intense, and fast. The album debuted at #103 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart at the end of June 2004 and began a long, very slow climb up the chart. After more than a year on the album chart it peaked at #28 and was certified platinum with the single "Helena" hitting the pop top 40.

'The Black Parade':

My Chemical Romance had tremendous momentum heading into the release of their next album. The release of The Black Parade was preceded in the fall of 2006 by a well-received performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. The album debuted at #2 on the album chart in both the US and the UK with stellar critical reviews. The single "Welcome to the Black Parade" also hit the top 10 on the pop singles chart. The album is a concept piece about death.

'Danger Days':

My Chemical Romance toured in support of The Black Parade until May 2008 and then the band took a break. In March 2010 the band announced the departure of drummer Bob Bryar. In September the single "Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)" hit radio with a new album Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys set to hit stores November 22, 2010.

ST12 was formed on January 20, 2005, beginning with the introduction Ilham Febry (Pepep), Muhammad Charly Van Houten (Charly), Dedy Sudrajat (Pepeng) and Iman Rush, in his studio in Bandung Pepep rental property. The meeting is often the case makes them more familiar until finally they agreed to form a band, named ST12.

ST12 name given by the father of Pepep, Helmi Aziz (late) which is a continuation of the Station Timur 12, the address of rental studio where they met.

ST12 struggle to get the label finally bear fruit when their debut album, The Best Way, successful releases under the label Music Plus in 2005. Three singles became hits on this album, 'aku tak sanggup lagi', 'I'aku masih sayang', and 'rasa yang tinggal'. The desire to reach out to the existence in the world of music made them willing to go through a long series of touring shows. ST12 hard work was not in vain, their debut album sales reached more than 400,000 copies and its Ring Back Tone downloaded by more than 1,000,000 downloads ..

But amid their efforts to achieve success, Charly, Pepep, and Pepeng must accept the bitter truth personnel lost one ST12 - Iman Rush - who died in Hyderabad due to the rupture of blood vessels in the brain on the date October 22, 2005.
